Man with golden blood!

- He is James Christopher Harrison (OAM) born in Australia on 27 Dec 1936. He underwent major chest surgery at the age of 14 requiring 5 liters of blood. After surgery he had realized the pain of the same. Realizing that the blood had saved his life he made a pledge to start donating blood as soon as he turned to 18.
- Due a dreadful disease named “Rhesus” many children are leaving their lives before coming onto the earth. As days passed doctors realized that James blood has power to heal the disease. From then, till now he has donated 11,000 times. Due to this he saved about 20lakhs children in his life time.
- James is considered a national hero, and has won numerous awards, So now James is called as “Man with golden blood.”
